To increase visibility and access to good practices, during the second and third project years we will organize three (3) peer learning webinars for a total of 75 participants. Acknowledging that the strongest knowledge of the sector is in the sector itself, the project will work to share the expertise and experience of NPWE members, but also to identify good practices from foreign peers who have the potential for portability. Similar field initiatives will be closely monitored along with the regular exchange of information within the community and beyond. In addition, there will be an ongoing call for good practice submission so that stakeholders can share their successful initiatives in the field of women entrepreneurship.
